    This is a vintage Pheasant Taxidermy Mount Standing metal maker mark tag M.J. Hoffmann Real Wild Bird,, from the 20's made
    AT HIS FAMOUS STUDIO 989 Gates Ave studio  in Brooklyn This is a
    vintage taxidermy Pheasant..SIGNED AND ADDRESS IN A
    metal maker’s mark tag ATTACH TO A WOODEN MOUNT STANDING.
    It was made  BETWEEN 1920-1950 by  a famous taxidermist Milton J. HOFFMANN,,, (M.J. Hoffmann was a dutch
    immigrant
    who opened a taxidermy studio in the 1919.
    He was also involved in taxidermy publications through the 1920’s,1930’s,and 1940’s and sold taxidermy supplies and decoys.
